Coach Ray's Latest Blog
Despite the loss to a tough Barracuda team - Coach Ray is pleased. Scoring over 100 points more than last year against the Cudas and one victory away from having the first winning season in 13 years ... Coach Ray couldn't be more pleased with the overall improvement of the Seal swimmers.  Check out Coach Ray's blog for more about his thoughts and feelings about this weekend.

Seals - 462 / Mission Valley - 577:  Seals Swim Tough Against the Cudas
Record breaking heat did not slow the pace of the highly spirited Seals team. Winning the first three meets of the season and gaining new respect from league teams - the Seals showed up ready to swim tough against the multi-year EBSL champions - the Mission Valley Barracudas. Many individual and team events were taken by Seals swimmers - but in the end it was Mission Valley that was victorious.

Caitlin Jorgens and Matthew Lee continue to forge ahead - breaking more records. Caitlin swam a 33.10 breast stroke breaking her prior record of 33.43. She also broke the IM record of 106.88 set in 2003 by swimming an impressive 106.56. Matthew Lee broke the fly record of 29.25 set in 1990 by swimming a 28.81. CONGRATULATIONS!
